  • 12 – 18 Months

  • $375k for Multi-Family (5+)/Mixed-Use

Loan Amount:

  • $75k – $2M for 1-4 Family, Condos, & Townhomes

  • $250k – $3M for Multi-Family (5+)/Mixed-Use

  • As Low As 9.24% (Interest Only Charged on Outstanding Balance)
